The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Competition is the biggest mentoring programme in the world for young chefs. Regional competitions on all continents, with leading chefs as mentors, conferences, and all ending on a high note with a three-day event and finale in Milan.
South Africa hosted the Regional Final (Africa, Middle East & South Asia). Four events over two days, with local and international guests, media and captains of industry.

Angostura Cocoa & Orange
Bitters Launch

The launch of Angostura Orange and Cocoa Bitters was an innovative milestone for South Africa in the eventing space. Two cities in two days, and two venues per city side by side, as we took guests to all corners of the globe with a 20-minute immersive experience using sound, lights, video, smell and a laser hologram show.
This was followed with an integrated cocktail and food experience to savour the new flavours in all its guises.
