THE STATION

Winning multiple awards since our inception in 2012, Paddington Station has gained a reputation in the industry as the agency with a big heart and even bigger brand stories. The only small agency ever to be awarded a Gold Presidential Prism Award for PR and Communication Advancement and the 2023 Gold Prism Award winner for Best Small Agency is testament to our commitment and abilities to creating brand campaigns and strategies that drive real impact.

With our foundations firmly built on PR, content, reputation management and experiential content, we have evolved over time to become a full-service agency. Sporting our own in-house film and photographic studios, we are able to meet the demands of complex consumer behaviours through content and strategies that not only lands, but also sticks.

Paddington Station is also a proud member agency of IAS as well as a Public Relations Consultants’ Chapter (PRCC) of PRISA.

Paul W. Reynell

Managing Director

Paul has been in the branding and communications landscape for 25 years and is a registered CPRP member of PRISA. In both corporate and agency environments, Paul has held various leadership roles in not only Communication, but also Advertising and Entertainment Sponsorship – the latter, a discipline he pioneered in South Africa. He has also spent a great deal of time in publishing, as well as some time in broadcast.

Drawing on insights, best practices and key learnings from over 100 brands spanning across his career, he integrates this valuable knowledge base with his current strategic approach that places equal importance on understanding consumer behaviors in an era of post-demographic consumerism. This approach to strategic communications planning places human psychology in equal importance to content, research and channels.

Paul has been the lead engineer at Paddington Station for the past 11 years and is responsible for 360º consumer brand strategies, media planning and buying for the agency’s stable of both local and global clients.

Paul is a speaker, writer, mentor, PRISM Awards judge and a director of Piccadilly Station.
